Business Hours

 
We are a small business, so we don't have a room full of overseas "Customer Service Reps" answering the phone.  Instead, Doug Kerfoot, our owner handles all technical and customer service issues.  This means you can expect personal and expert help from someone who has the authority to make decisions when you call.  But, you may occasionally need to leave a message.

We are located in Michigan, which is in the Eastern Time Zone.  If you are in the Pacific Time Zone, it is 3 hours later here.

Doug answers his phone (if he isn't in a meeting, on another line, etc) between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Between 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM, he is often helping get the day's shipments out the door, but can answer the phone probably 50% during that time.

Evenings and Weekends:  Please e-mail instead of calling.  Doug can't answer the phone 24/7, but he routinely replies to e-mails, even at odd hours.  E-mailing will get you the quickest reply nights and weekends.

Calling repeatedly will NOT assure you of prompt attention.  E-mailing or calling once and leaving a message will.
